Who we are

This site is run by BTB Data Analytics & Co ("BTB Data", "we", "us"). By using it, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is, and what it is not

BTB Hardwood is a sports research and analytics service. Projections and model outputs are estimates made from data. They can be wrong, and past results do not promise future ones.

• Nothing here is betting, financial or professional advice, and nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome.
• We do not take wagers, hold money for wagering, or suggest a stake.
• You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the laws where you live.
• You must be 21 or older to create an account or pay for a membership.

Your account

An account belongs to one person. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure, and do not share your account. We may suspend an account that is shared, resold or used to break these terms.

Prices and billing

• Membership. Member pages need a paid plan, charged the day you join, or a promotion code we give you. A free account opens a few member pages a week.
• BTB Pro, monthly. $15 a month. It renews each month on the same date and is charged to your card until you cancel.
• BTB Pro, season pass. $80, paid once. It runs through 29 June 2027 and does not renew.
• Every BTB site. $35 a month for the member pages on this site and the BTB NFL and MLB sites. The earlier $25 plan for the MLB and NFL sites is no longer sold; members who hold it keep it, and it now includes this site. It renews each month like the monthly plan.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Price changes apply only from a renewal date at least 30 days after we tell you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. A season pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

All sales are final. A payment that is refunded or disputed ends the membership it paid for at once. The refund policy has the detail.

Using the data

Member pages are for your own personal use. Please do not:

• scrape, bulk-download or automate access to member pages;
• resell, republish or redistribute member data;
• try to get around sign-in or any other access control.

The site, its models, text and data belong to BTB Data. You may quote the public record with a link back.

Availability

The site depends on outside data sources and services that sometimes fail or arrive late. We work to keep it running and current, but we do not promise it will always be available, complete or on time.

Our liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or its data, including any wagering or fantasy loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date. We will tell members about a material change before it takes effect. Last updated 5 November 2026.
