Refunds
Refunds and cancellations.
All sales are final. You can cancel at any time, and you keep what you paid for.
No refunds
Payments for BTB Pro and the every-site plan are not refunded, in whole or in part, including unused days of a month or of a season.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account page. Nothing more is charged, and access continues to the end of the month already paid.
Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email ajjonesfound3@gmail.com. We will look at it and put a billing error right.
Refunds and disputes end access
If a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, the membership it paid for ends at once.
